Galileo Bioscience is a Gemini Scientific company, and our contracts with the NIH and other institutions require that all orders be made out to Gemini Scientific.

Ordering methods

Call us if you would like to order. That way we can answer any questions you may have and provide you with the combs and accessories you need to make sure your system is complete, and fits your needs perfectly. The number is 1-877-481-9175, and our service hours are 9am-5pm Eastern (US) time.

• Credit Card: You may purchase using a credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
• Purchase Order: We accept purchase orders; terms are 30 days net. Please make out PO to Gemini Scientific.
• International Orders: International customers using purchase orders must pay invoices via wire transfer. For international customers paying via standard wire transfer, orders less than USD 500.00 will be subject to a USD 20.00 service fee. Shipping

Unless the customer requests otherwise, Galileo Bioscience will prepay and add shipping via UPS ground.

Returns

Product returns will be accepted only within 30 days of shipment. Products will not be accepted without obtaining a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) from Galileo Bioscience. When calling for an RGA number please provide the appropriate invoice number, purchase order number, and date of order. We can be reached at 1-877-481-9175.
